Thats it. Unless your tyres are not made in US and then as I understand it the Govt (Aussie) is entitled to charge you excise (but unlikely). Factor in the $10 per tyre fitting and balancing when you get them (if they charge more than that, shop around IMO)....just be patient on the shipping...can be 3-4 months

I paid $1320 for the tyres and $359 for shipping (incl. GST and insurance). I didn't check how much the KM2s are sold here to compare because BFG Australia doesn't stock that particular size (245/75R17).

I got charged $125 by the local Bridgestone tyre joint to swap the old with the new ones on the stock wheels. As I went to pick it up from their car park once they were done, I did a quick walk around and found the spare wheel locking lug nut just sitting on the rear bumper. Once I got home a couple of kms later, I got the torque wrench out and found that all the nuts were only slightly tighter than fingertight except for the passenger rear wheel with one nut so tight that the stock wrench started to bend while trying to undo it. Some WD40 and another wrench fixed that. Won't be going there again...

Bugger that mate!! Did you ring them up or go back and give an ear bashing? Nothing more frustrating than an unprofessional professional!!
