Well.. Got inspired by a coupla SYE install a here a while back.... So cleaned off the bench and installed mine. Hit a little snag with the extension housing fitment ... have not got back to it...NEED to WANT to...to much free time and to many other tings on the go...( and I move at a slow pace lol ) The veggie patch has taken up the last few weeks, it's coming up a treat should have done a build thread on it !!!!!! Hopefully I'll be back in the shed before the weeks out..........

Things and me move pretty slow down this neck of the woods...lol
I needed to have a shed clean out to get some Comanche space. So reality grabbed hold a I wasn't going to live till 175 so sold off some of my prizes that were taking up valuable shed space and I was never going to get to. Built and brought shelfs. The shed is finally getting organised summer here time to play Comanche or at least that's the plan. How did you go with the temp & oil senders...

cool mate .

I got a adaptor from ebay for the temp sender ( http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/AUTOMETER...ae4bd87&_uhb=1 )and I think he just screwed the oil sender in , and had to get another connection for the oil sender seems the one on the XJ harnness went walk about

Hey mate I recently done a ls1 conversation to my tj. If you ever need any tips on how I went about it shoot me a pm. There's a lot of the little things that go along with it. All in all you motor is quite nice to look at

Whatever are you located?
If you want it to sound nuts get the hookers 3", muffler its so good.

For my oil sender I used a plate on the sump I got it from eBay ( ls Billet Oil Pan Adapter Port with 1/8" NPT hole) and water temp I used that adaptor from the other post and put it in the port on the driver's side so the computer could still control the thermo. When you go to do your speedo you will need a 12v-5v adaptor to run it off your transfer its real easy to do.

I think the adaptor for the speedo came across with all the parts from Novak for my LS1 and nearly sure Coffman would have got one as well .
Did you use the Jeep gauges or change it all around
