Kind of sounds like an engine mount has let go to me. Have you checked these yet? Nice flex up by the way.

that's not a clunk , that's a THUD , check all engine mounts including the one at gearbox , check the front shaft is there and oil around it ? check to see if the is any movement in it (grab it by both hands and see if it moves up and down or left and right)

What would a bad tranny mount look like? And i ill grab some photos if that helps

all mounts , a tear or too much movement , grab the extension housing and force upwards (if cant move by hand try a bar ) mainly a tear in it though.
