Yes it hits on the pin that the sway bar link is parked on. It only happened at full lock. I haven't personally seen it parked elsewhere but if you've seen it placed somewhere else, I can't comment on that. I got rid of them but put in the Tera S/T swaybar instead. Much easier to use and no issues to worry about.

I have been thinking of installing the Teraflex disconnects also and im running 285/70/R17 on stock rims. Am i likely to have the same side wall tearing issues?

I get rubbing on the tyres and swaybar links when parked/disconnected with stock tyres/wheels and with stock height and 1.75" spacers.
In the medium/long term will consider other swaybar link options.
Also wasn't impressed with the grease fittings on these, would recommend another brand e.g. ARB, Synergy or the DBOR branded ones which I think are similar to ARB.
