Read somewhere that knots reduce a ropes strength substantially so trying my hand at splicing some shackles to the end of the ropes for the hard top hoist. Going well i think!

Also got my bench finished and got my toys up out the way of tripping over them. Would be enjoying this if i was getting paid for it!

Sucks to get kicked for doing the right thing. But at least you got sent off with a Round Tuit!

So, not planning on becoming one of those early retirement dole bludgers then, they've been talking about lately?

For my part, I'm trying to get the boss to pay me more. I work from home since workers comp cut off the make up pay at the start of the year as it saves me about half of what I lost. But I told him I couldn't make it in for a weekly meeting as I had no money for fuel or train fair to get there! True! (<$10 for the train...) Just have to hang on until payday this week...

F'n black dog is having a bite............ My boss keeps telling me to use employee assist, FT I say....... What can they do..... Very reason I never went on and did further training once I finished my social science degree...... The bastard he comes and goes...... He will soon FO and leave me alone..... RDO tomorrow and here I am thinking I might as well be at work....... FFS...... there has to be more than just working all week then spending your day off thinking might as well be at work, because anything else costs money, which I am running out of...... Six month drought is probably not helping either .........
