Ditto - run the Simex Treckers in/on winter trips and throw the Cooper STT on for general/dry usage.
I call the Coopers my "quiet" tyres compared to the Simex.

Ok the Body lift is in, now just to see what tyres to get, bit worried about the wear rate, will be my only tyres. But I don't drive the TJ to work, just on weekends.
I'm running JT II's and like 'em. Not too flash on rocks would be my 0.02c as they really don't flex very well. I find I need to run them at < 10 psi to get them to work well but in mud they're awesome - clear very efficiently (as the side of the heep can testify everytime we go out!).
I can't be bothered playing the tyre swap thing so mine are on all the time, I do about 3-400 km/week and have driven to Brisvegas and back (from Sydney). Yup, they're pretty noisy but who can bhear the tyres over the softtop anyway!
Like Pizzaz said you need to drop them pretty low to bag - I have run at 10psi no probs apart from denting a rim but now have second airs fitted so I can go lower but haven't had the time to really test them out
