Your getting me confused (not all that hard to do) so do you have the hose from hell or not ??? as an earlier post alluded that yours has, or is it just my reading of it...............

No. I'd always assumed I had the dreaded hose, then discovered my model doesn't have it when I went to enquire about getting it done as a precaution. AFAIK that hose came in with the water cooled turbo 8sp 2014>

In my earlier post I was referring to my car having the oil/water cooled turbo i.e. "I'm not sure exactly when oil/water cooled turbo's commenced in the VM, but to clarify my earlier post, my 5sp has it (MY13 built Nov 12), confirmed by the All GC mechanic"

In the post before that one I said it has an oil cooled turbo, so I was just correcting it.
