Looking good. A fair bit different to your original ideas.
Is 250amp going to be enough for the winch when it loads up?

Id reconsider that size of fuse. Im not sure how you tested it, but they draw alot more current than 250A under full load Ie when the jeeps in a bog hole and needs it most. Usually you can give some driven power to assist the winch. But in dead pull situations ie breaking an axle etc etc etc the winch will be working really hard and could easy draw in the vicinity of 400 A+. The Fuse will momentarily allow the overcurrent and finally pop. depending on the amount of current and the duration it draws. Ive run no overcurrent protection on my winch just because of that reason. Under most circumstances it will be fine tho.

I'm allergic to not running fuses, especially with a whopping huge positive feed snaking its way thro the engine bay, ive dead pulled the jeep when bogged up to the rockers 50 meters or so at wilbinga. if it blows o can bypass the fuse in 5 mins as the lugs on the fuse holder can be joined no sweat
