The dogs were barking at eachother through the fence/gate. The girl who helped break it up said the couple opened my gate and let their dogs thru.
That's what ive been told Timmy, i never said I saw it. Unless they are pretty tricky dogs, there's no way you can open my back gate unless your able to slide the latch across to get it open. If the couple didnt open the gate, then im guessing the 2 big dogs forced it open.

Then again, maybe they are just intelligent dogs. Or maybe my dog opened the latch and invited them in for a bit of a biff.
If i had a video of the event, I'd post it for you to pick to bits. Next time perhaps.

Thanks Gonzo.... but I just want photos of the dogs and an address of the owners. I just want the owners charged. When i was yelling at them, the chick even decided it was okay to kick her dog in the head. So yeah.... possibly the world would be a nicer place if these 2 idiots didnt exist. Unfortunately they do. Seems like there are a lot of idiots around.

I recently saw a win .270 with a Meopta scope that took a photo when the trigger was pulled. Then you can suit both camps.

JeepGirl
the act that you want the owners done under is the Domestic and Feral Animals Act Vic.
This act makes the Owners of the animals responsible for their animals behaviour
Quote that act to the council and watch the ranger pull his finger out as it also puts the responsibility on him to find them
