i don't under stand what you mean by Rubicon d44 are LHD. the axle is the same set up as the d30. the pumpkin is on the passenger side just like the 30 they are a low pinion set up just like the 30 and the knuckle is the same as the 30.

it dose work with high pinion axel as well it will still cost the same.

I think they will sell like hotcakes if you can price them around $600-800, any more than that on a Dana30 and your better off upgrading to a different diff. Probably why no one else has bothered with this. 1500 on a knuckle, 500 + on different drag link, tie rod and TRE's, locker and gears and you have run up nearly $5000 for a shitty D30, better off getting a custom D44 with high steer than spending that much coin on a D30

Yeah, sorry, they are US kits, but in the advertising it mentions "offroad use only".

I just wanted to make sure the one B-RAD is supplying would be road worthy..

cheers

well the tj rubicon did not ever come out in australia so there are all left hand drive, so when you say it will suit a rubicon, no one has a rhd tj rubicon to use a rhd crosover steer setup.

will be great for a dana 30... if you can make them cheep enough they will be a good upgrade

If you make any changes to the vehicle from factory spec e.g drop pan-hard rod bracket, pitman arm, long arms, motors, lifts over 2in, over two tyre sizes bigger then the biggest tyre on the tyre placard and more then 50% wider then the widest tyre on the placard, no doors and there are many others. Your car comes under a b class vehicle, and you will have to become a member of hot rod association, and you will need to take the vehicle over the pit every 12 months and if you sell the vehicle the new owner will have to do the same.

My knuckle was built with the hot rod association in w.a with there approved engineer to his spec's

Maybe in W.A. it might be legal but not in the rest of Australia - never assume.

Your idea sounds fare but can you do us all a favour and read your posts back to yourself prior to hitting the 'submit reply' function, then fix the errors you find; because they are hard to read/interpret; I think this is why Ian got confused with one of your replies - either that or he's on the the Rumbo's again

Cheers
