Unless you plan and budgeted to replace them in the short term, a good set of wheels and tyres would be the first thing I look for.
With all the rest, including suspension, keep in mind that if you need or want to replace something with a new part, then the low stock and long shipping wait times are making this a little difficult.
My approach with my Jeep is to only upgrade something if I have reached its limits and before I upgrade something, I research the hell out of it, save up and then wait patiently for the container of parts to arrive so I get exactly what I want.
If it was my choice, then I would start with the (now sold) silver one with the cage or the red one because they have everything that I need and nothing I don't for what I know that I would use it for over the next year and then modify it over time as I discover goalposts that need to move, long waiting time on parts be damned
I would steer clear of the just-washed Jeep with the low tread tyres because in my experience, those are signs of dealer trying to hide things and make a quick buck off someone who doesn't know what to look for.
I noticed that one of the Jeeps in the links you shared have a soft top and it's a dealer listing, which probably means that it was traded in with only the soft top and the previous owner probably sold the hard top privately. Hard tops are much more expensive and rare than soft tops, but with that said, I have run a soft top for the last 4 years and put the top down every chance I get - it's one of the best things about the JK.
