Each of the solutions discussed have pros & cons, it's a case of determining what's right for YOU.
I used to run 0" lift under my sport with 30" tyres.

There's also a Bloke on AJOR that sells a better one for less than that (before you allow for the extra AJOR Discount)

I too have them and find them pretty good especially considering the price, $270 a pair. But Oli already knows that as we have chatted prior. As for 3.5" lift on their 5 leafs, I am not so sure my Sport was only lifted 2.5", 2.25' after 8 months, maybe that is the Sport height thing, 1" extra stock. But everything else dazza said regarding the leaf packs I would agree with.
Bushes you should get rubber not urethane or nolethane, Wooders will set you up with all four in rubber well under $200 including freight probably closer to $150. And if you have the original bushes in there it it will unlikly that they have not elongated, especially the passenger side.
I put 40mm Kings on the front ($135 a pair) with 30mm spacers but am not overly rapped in the Kings. Sure they helped it handle better on road with the extra height but they don't seem to compress easily enough as I found out in Tassie. As for shackles there are mixed views on them also . Boomerang ones will give 1" lift and also they are meant to work better than stock. Steve has them on his very high XJ and says they are fine, and you can eliminate the castor wedge at the same time. One job I will be doing after Christmas.

regards A
