bar is alloy ECB winch bar. $250 will need a polish, the light bar rod is dinted (i think to clear larger lights) but is still fine. all mounting brackets included.

ECB Alloy winch bar?
Has it been modified and a winch cradle fitted?
I didn't know they made alloy ECB Winch bars.
Also is it damaged on the RHS.

No the winch plate is a separate and its not on this bar (we never had it) there is holes for the fairleads tho (stock from ecb), so you would need to find a winch mounting plate, the winch mounting plates are made from steel not alloy tho and doesn't mount to the bar it mounts to the front of the cars frame and sits between the bar and the body frame.

no damage on the RHS only only the dings on the light bar at the front. I think the damage you are talking about is spray paint, was there when we got it look like over spray from something.
