Will have to scrounge up a UHF before.
No big deal if you don't have a UHF - it just makes it a bit easier with coms. You can borrow my handheld if you want - I can hardly hear it with the roof off anyway.

Yeah, that was my thinking, avoiding that bit. Depends how much clearance everyone has - it's still possible to bottom out and having a few Jeeps with all the fruit (like yours ) will help if anyone get's stuck.

We have a house up there (family) I'm sure i can convince them to let me open the doors to act as base. I haven't been up there in a while but damn I'm looking forward to it, will head up on Friday, stay over the night and meet you all in the morning!

Set up a participant list so we know who's coming!

Fantastic - if it's too blowy on the dunes or at The Point, we could use the shack as a lunch spot.
Are you going to drive down to Lancelin on Saturday morning or wait for us at Wedge?

after lanno ill take the road to wedge and wait for you with a cold beer in hand.
We will try not to get held up on the beach - don't want you to have 'too many' of those cold beers while you are waiting for us.

Excellent, I'll put you on the 'maybe' list.

Ground clearance should be fine,if a stock Kia Sorento can make it along the beach to wedge i'm sure all the JEEPS will be just fine but just incase anyone needs help rest assured you wont be left stranded...
