FWIW I have found albion to be generally good as far as car dealers go. There's been a few stuff ups for sure but shit happens sometimes. I'm not perfect in my own work, everyone makes mistakes, the difference is in how they're handled.

LOL LOL
That's why they got the "stealers" title across the board. I've seen it in the Mitsubishi forums too, LOL.

I don't accept that, hope your not a heart surgeon.
Usually when 'shit happens' you don't where the costs of someone's crap work...

Who's wearing any costs? The OP has stated that the dealership has righted their wrongs and resolved the issues to a satisfactory level.

Somehow you have confused a car put together with nuts and bolts to a heart which is a complex arrangement of muscle tissue/organic membrane and then in doing so compared a lowly paid mechanic with 1yr of training to a highly paid surgeon with 15yrs of training before either of them are able to touch anything without supervision.

Also it is news to me to hear that noone has ever died on the operating table or suffered from complications post surgery in the history of medicine.

I too wish it wasn't like this but its simply how it works. Every now and again you're going to get a bad experience which is why the real trick is how the problem is dealt with.

Yep, and even in Harley-Davidson forums as well. (Check out HD Forums Australia for plenty complaints about certain "STEALERSHIPS" who treat you as per icon at right -> upon your head)

Yeah I've had some pretty ordinary dealer service experiences. Very ordinary actually. Just plain incompetence from them and it's very frustrating, especially when you specifically point out the problems and they don't take any notice.
Yes everyone makes mistakes though. Surgeons included.
