Yeah I think that's a given but you get that. Plus I'm keeping the patrol also Had many issue that you know of Dave?

Stu,

since I've sold my GQ i've had so many less problems with Jeeps it's not funny.

besides general wear items and tear I've done a clutch in my Rubi and that's it.

Yeah I've heard many stories but I've always wanted one and now is the time but there's a 4 month order time Going to order one with color coded flares and roof etc. Wanted sat navigation but way too expensive! Then comes the accessories!!

Why the colour code? Its only paint on plastic so it doesn't stand up to any bush work

I wouldn't bother with the color coded flares if your going to wheel it medium to hard, they will look bad after a couple of trips. I wheel easy to medium and my black plastic ones are scratched to buggery

Oh really? Hmm. I really like the overland model that has them color coded. I was going to do the same with a winch bar, rear bar and rails.. I think it would like quite nice. Maybe when new only then

Depends on what colour you want it's personal preference. I;m not a fan of the colour coding bars flares etc but each to their own.

Like others have said though the flares do cop it offroad. And if there's a chance you might change to flat flares later on that's another thing to consider.
