The dealer did check it over but it was too much for the, to handle, car has a lot of work at DBOR, and needed new control arms, etc. etc. and they just thought it would be better off to outsource the work to the professionals who know what there doing

(O and maybe I do work for that dealer and told them that DBOR has to to the work for it to be done properly bla bla bla)

Do you want to send out a state-wide memo to the rest of the dealers if Victoria

Name the dealer! If they can't do a job as simple as control arms they shouldn't be doing anything!

I wouldn't name the dealer as I convinced them that I would rather the work be done by the company that specialises in lift kits for wranglers, and supply the parts which would need to be used anyway. It's simple. They could have done they work, but I was convincing in my argument that unless done by the specialists, that such an intricate lift kit, unless it is "tuned" by the right people, it will come back 3-4 times to the dealer before they will get it right, costing them more labour hours.

I can be very convincing, I'm in sales

Can I hire you, I want to convince a company it's cheaper to replace my transfer case with a rubicon one than change the oil in my sport

.

The difference between theory and practice is, in theory there is no difference...
