It certainly seems so from those pics, BUT, I would still measure a few critical areas under the suspension, just with a steel rule, also inner sill members may be tricky if deformed.
If you replace the fender and broken light, less than $200 wreckers,
hammer & dolly, twist out the rest, all legal, back on the road
A pro panel beater probably wouldnt need more than a couple of days to make it look ok...you can usually arrange for one to inspect it, maybe slip them $50
