Simply not good enough in this day and age thats why I deal direct from the States and have it here in anywhere from 4 days to 10 days on my doorstep.
It's worth knowing of these alternative suppliers. I've found US Auto Parts (Jeep parts specialists) excellent. My alternator was delivered on the day I ordered it, which was impressive since they're in Qld and I'm in Melbourne! They also offer parts direct from the US delivered to you in 5-7 days.

I have the same issue, and have had it looked at by Jeep Dealer - found nothing untoward. Only happens on takeoff from standstill. Never a sound any other time, so can't be anything that turns. All the suggestions in this thread worth examining. I just blame the self-levelling suspension. I just figure it's noisy.
Next service I'll get the mechanic to check all the above suggestions. I've done 120000k. Previous owner had shocks replaced I think, so who knows. I also tow a >2t caravan, and that noise is louder on take-off. No other noises at all when driving.

Vasso I wouldn't bother with a dealer, use a suspension or tranny shop they don't rely on electronics to tell them whats wrong........ like the earlier posts I would say start looking at the bushes and mounts, if I was around for the earlier ones I would have said tranny mounts as similar on my old WG, Rockauto to rescue in 5 days.

Check rear sway bar bushes, and sway bar links both are known knock items.Easyto check by disconnecting and then driving.Upper rear shock mounts were also a well known knock item.TSBs for this item dealer replaced foc.I would also check/retighten all rear suspension mounting bolts .Of course it could be as simple as a knocking/worn rear shock. One other item,I had a clunk in mine in rear,it was as simple as a loose rear tow bar tounge .All items much cheaper ex RockAuto .US

We had this problem with our 2011, clunk on take off from a stand still
There was an software update for the transmission that resolved the issue, but I can’t find it on the TSB site
