Hmm, they look prone to coil stacking to me. What happens when you go over a speed bump?

Below is a photo of mine (CRD, with TJM Bar, 3" Stu lift - Stu's special CRD King Springs and OME struts, Prado Packers, JBA Upper A-Arms, and Teraflex Extended Bump Stops which prevent coil strike on the Arm, and stacking on compression).

not too bad over speed humps. Might have to look into bump stop extensions though

Hi Glend, the stacking part I can understand but are you saying that with factory bump stops the UCA can strike the spring under compression?

IMHO, for a spring lifted vehicle the factory bump stops are too short and the long ones can prevent severe compression coil stacking. And if you have a spring lift and stock UCAs you can get UCA spring strike on rebound full extension. JBA UCAs push the top of the hub out slightly, giving it a more standard suspension geometry (in a lifted vehicle which can look pigeon toed with stock UCAs). This push out at the top also reduces the risk of full extension coil strike.

Yep that is the point of the JBA UCAs, I’m just clarifying what benefits the extended bump stops provide.
