that seems too cheap, its probably got $13,000 worth of mods alone on it good buy!!!!

Mods don't count for much. Wholesale price on a 2004 TJ auto with 3" lift and 33's in $16,500 so $13,000 for a 98 seems about on par

It does but im not sure for what modifications

would there be any issues getting it registered down here in Vic?

Shouldn't be. I have same lift and got mine through no problems at all, when I brought it down from Queensland.

Roadworthy went straight through and it was in vic Roads for 10 mins and that was it
