They seem incredibly expensive for what they are - kind of like a fixed set of fan blades. The whole idea deems to be to mix the fuel and air better - and if fuel economy or engine power could be increased by such a simple device, car manufacturers would be fitting them as standard.

I was as skeptical as everyone else here (snake oil I say !) until I scored one cheap off ebay. you just need one with the same diameter as your intake -doesn't have to match part numbers

Mine went into a 2000 Camry V6 and I was getting about 50-80kms more eco around town ! with no diff in power. For something that never wears out if you can get it cheap (<=$50) then why not ?

In theory it might make a difference in a cadbied vehicle, but I cant see how putting something in the way of an air intake is gonna help mix fuel & air??
I get the bit about creating a "SWIRL" but the fuel in an injected motor is squirted in 30mm from where it explodes, after this swirl has already been split 6 ways.....

Frogshiate I reckon.

Is anyone gonna stand up and say I just spent $80 on a piece of bent tin and its all crap.
