Rear bar finish, only got the tyre holder to go.

Doing the side and front bars after my holidays at the end of june. Need to go for a drive to make sure the bar doesnt fall off. The paint is the Hammered Finish Charcoal.

Started on the catch setup and the bending of the square tubing (I wasnt going to, but thought would look better).

Here an update. Weld the bent arm on and stuff up, it hits the body, so had to modify the arm.





Done the wheel holder today as well, put a wheel on to see if it will hold for the night. If holds good then just clean up to do.

Hey Tassie, could you tell me roughly, how heavy do you expect the unit to weigh, including the spare? As I've started collecting the required steel for something similar, I'm a tad concerned in regards to the weight issue, using similar gauge steel.
