I got some 610mm 3 stage telescopic fridge sliders off E-bay for $20, "Hettich" is the brand and they are heavy dudy with double roller bearings top and bottom, any better and you could sit on them. There are plenty of 100kg ones for $70 too, not sure what they are like but they look ok.

You can also purchase heavy duty extendable steel drawer runners like Brisnut mentioned from your local cabinetmaking supplies shop, in WA it's Galvins Hardware. One in Osborne Park and one in Wangara! They're about $30-40 a set I think...
Hettich are a great brand-they're the bees knees and lightweight too!

When i made drawers for the back of my tourer i bought a set of commercial grade drawer rollers - they're ball bearing 3 piece sliders, so they dont rattle, and give better than 100% extension- ie the drawer slides all the way out then some. rated at 80kgs.
Cost about $20 a side from a commercial cabinetry supply place.

Just a quick update on the drawer system (still needs another coat of paint)

Fitted up axe and shovel behind the rear seats.

Did the butcher country track (vic highcountry) on the weekend fully loaded up and the system worked like a dream.

No rattles
