You may have a point about the big aftermarket Co....Lets hope so but then if we hesitate the the battle could be lost.

What happens if not allowed in the final document and in effect made retrospective??...Probably too late then.

The second draft of VSB 14 is on www.pharosalex.com.au

Concerned people should lend their voice or the bureaucrats may get their way so if you one of the concerned then contact one of these to find out what you can do:

Four Wheel Drive Vic - www.fwdvictoria.org.au
Four Wheel Drive NSW & ACT - www.4wdnsw-act.asn.au
Four Wheel Drive QLD - www.fwdqld.com.au
WA 4WD Asssociation - www.wa4wda.com.au
4WD Tas -www.4wdtasmania.org
Aust National 4WD Council - www.anfwdc.asn.au

And these are the some currently fighting for your rights:

Raw 4x4 - (02) 4949 0000
The Australian 4WD Industry Council - (03) 9561 7044
Four Wheel Drive Victoria - (03) 9857 5209

Others on the forum may know of other organisations in there fighting for us so be proactive; these organisations and companies probably need to know they have your full support in the fight against these ill conceived codes.

I reckon this thread should be put on the JK thread as well because ESP is classified the same as ESC

Good idea...Probably start a new thread and link it across to this one or ask the moderator to move it to the main index. I'm off to Africa and will be away until end of August so over to you.

The more who know about this then hopefully the better our chances.

Good luck
