XJ's are always good for shutting Patrol and Cruiser owners up.My mate in his 5" lifted 80 and 35's is always doing it harder than my 4" XJ on 32's.Lower centre of gravity and a mid sized wheel base will see an XJ go better than most other trucks on the same tracks.A lot people i wheel with have changed their opinion in the ol XJ'S.Welcome to the club buddy

i own double locked tj and double locked xj, and xj is better offroad.

and both are better than a patrol offroad which i used to have.

that being said my tj is way more fun to drive in the bush.

I live at Eaton and there is a bush area between the bypass and sth west hwy where i go to get firewood and bike riders go. There is a mix of soft sand with deep ruts and a few 45* hills and some mud when its wet.
