How old are the springs mate? i'd be approaching the manufacturer and seeing if they can do anything to help you out. shouldn't have sagged that much in a short time

Sorry Chris, I got confused (it gets easier to get that way as you get older...). You have the full traction springs not the Mopars.

Still, if you got them from a local dealer I would go back to them. Might not have much luck if you go them direct from the States.

from new my JK dropped about an inch after a month. Fixed with an Old Man Emu 2 inch lift kit, springs and Nitrocharger shocks. The great thing about their springs is that they are fully "scragged" at the factory (ie completely compressed) so no settling after fitment.

That is not entirely correct, your springs and all springs will settle. I dont have coil spacers in mine, but i use the adjustable links in my sway bars to correct it. Its not perfect, but better.

This topic is interesting to me as I have added more weight to the JK with fridge , camping gear roof rack etc.
I have the lovells 2 inch springs with rs9000s I think I have lost an inch over time.
I dont want to go and change everything out so i was thinking 1 inch coil spacers and shock extenders to suit. Also is it worth extending the bump stops while Im doing this as i do get a bit of rub from my 33s on full flex. Im keen to get my inch back but I dont want to change out springs again.

then thats the best way to do it downsouth. 1 inch spacers are an easy fix and not sure if you require shock extenders as you originally had 2 inchs with the shocks at that location

The smartest thing I can suggest is, if you are going to fit your own springs and shocks make sure you take before and after measurements. That way if you have a sag issue that isn't due to fittement of extra weight to the vehicle you can show the company that sold you the springs proof that you have an issue. Without the mesaurements it becomes a case of your word against theirs.

All springs regardless of if they have been scragged or not will settle to some degree once they have been fitted. ARB have 10mm trim packers for this exact reason and would check the height of your lift when it went back for it's 500km check, ( i don't know if they still do that though), it was at that check up if they found one spring had settled a bit too much they'd bang a spacer in. Once again all depends on the ARB shop whether or not they offered that.

Even if you pay a shop to fit the suspension it would be a smart idea to take measurements before and after, it will give you an idea of just how much lift you got and whether or not down the track there is an issue that needs to be addressed.
