Now tape the grape to the inside of the jar, put an energy absorbing shell around it and shake it. It will have a better chance.

ok, but all the harness's in the would and an indestructible roll cage still doesnt stop the internal injuries

Along with arms, legs and head/neck (I haven't seen too many 4WD comp rigs fitted with a HANS device or arm restraints...)
