Wouldn't an adjustable track bar work instead of a relocation bracket???

It works to bring the dif into alignment, but because of the dif being further away from the chassis the track bar is on on a fair angle. When you go over a bump and the dif lifts (springs compressing) the diff end of the track bar moves in an arc, pushing the body to the passenger side of the vehicle and twisting the diff slightly (apparently) due to the upper and lower arm bushes. The net result is what is known as bump steer, with the vehicle changing direction slightly as it goes over the bumps.

The side to side wiggle is the most noticeable for me, the adjustable track bar wont fix this but moving the mounting point to bring the bar closer to level will.

Nah, just put em on the outside, and insert the bolts from the inside with the nuts on the outside. One less part to worry about once it's done properly. Just make sure you put them on the outside for the bottom connection or there's a fair bit of angle at full compression - stresses the rubber bushes a bit. Comes close, but doesn't hit my 315's on 4.5' backspace wheels.

looks good Yeti.

I now run my 35's at about 32psi and about 18psi on rocks, mud etc. This works quite well for me but i guess it depends on how stiff the sidewall is if it is bagging out that pressure.

Yeah, that means new rims though since i have the stockers with greater backspace. With them on the outside they hit the rims.

I think the plan will be to not do any serious articulation til I spend a little more money ie, rear axle mount panhard lifting bracket, quick release front swaybar links, relocate the old rear links back to the rear (currently on the front) and stick in a set of rear sway bar drop brackets. Little steps
