I have no idea about NSW rules, but if you can get a Eng certificate for a 4" lift, you can probably get one for 35" tyres - just guessing here. And several states are looking at new NCOP rules which allow a 50mm increase in tyre size, so you can probably get away with 34" tyres almost legally.

You may want to look at 3" and 35" tyres which seems to be the most common, although may require an axle ratio change.
other can provide more advice on this than me.
Hey JKTom,
Thanks for the info.
The thing is I have been told that an engineer will not certify anything over 33" tyre.
Is this true??
I have mates who have 35" tyres and they don't have engineers report but they are risking getting pulled over by RTA.Also if I do go with 35" tyres I might have to do the gear and dif ratio's??
So do I go with a 3"-4" lift with 33" with a engineers report or risk running 35"?
As you say JKTom it might look silly but I'll have to google some images and do some more looking..
