Not obvious? I'm not sure what that means, if it has them you can see them, unless they have removed them, or it is the crappy AU Jeep one that is hidden behind the flap....

Or they are referring to the removable "Tow" point, which isn't rated for recovery.

Picked mine up in early November last year and had the mopar towbar fitted as I also had a auxiliary tank fitted and it only fits with the mopar tow bar.
Got my recall letter yesterday. Jeep stuffed the wiring up originally anyway so was going back for warranty anyway.
It's a 700km round trip and it's annoying as every time they touch something I have to sort it out properly.

I should have known that it was a poor dealership as when I picked the car up they had the rear number plate tek screwed on and it was no where near central. Looked shocking.

I guess it's the crappy one you're referring to. I'd have thought you'd get proper ones with the 'adventure pack'!
Is it a big deal to fit real ones?

Don't buy aftermarket towball. They are only rated for 2500kg. If you going to pull more it needs to be a mopar one as its rated at 3500kg.

There are plenty of after market ones rated for 3500kg. The rating should be stamped on every tow ball, if no stamp put it back!

I assume you guys are talking about tow bars not just the balls.
Regarding the front recovery hooks, they are standard on the Trailhawk but not even shown as an option for other models. Can you get them through the dealers or only aftermarket now?
