From that article:

"over 4520Kj (1000 calories) – half the daily recommended calorie intake for a woman and nearly one-third for a man"

So what, means you can have 3 a day right???

I'm trying to drop some weight, but I've seen that burger about 15 times now, and I want one. So I figure I can just eat one and nothing else for the day and I'll be good to go. And I'll even throw in an extra 10 minutes on the treadmill.

Odds are I'll be hungover on Saturday, so lunch is looking good.

Just looked at Hungry Jack's website & compared the amount of bad stuff in a double whopper vs other stuff.

A double whopper with cheese (fairly close to the quad apparently) has:

1) Less salt than a can of Campbells soup
2) Less calories than a chicken sandwich
3) Less sugar than a piece of white bread
4) Half the fat of a kebab!

Starting to sound like a healthy alternative
