Sorry walldog but its been some time now since I fitted it and I do not remember the part number. It is however a Davies Craig light truck cooler if that helps?

The CRD prices for parts are extortion. $345 for a timing belt is a joke. $395 for a water pump. Same water pump dealer $827. $500+ PER injector. I dread to think if the high pressure pump and injectors go $$$$$$$.

hey Josh never did the belt on my CRD or water pump, have these got a history of failure ?

and I get what ya saying re Dealer pricing, I order bulk filters out of the USA these days.

belt needs to be changed at 100k intervals. may as well do water pump then or take apart again when water pump leaks.

You talking about the timing or accessory belt Stevil? 240,000 without doing the timing belt is a big risk. Lucky you did not have a piston kiss a valve.

I'm just glad to hear that there are CRD JK's around with that number of km's on them.
I'm at about half of that now and have no desire to sell the JK for a good few years yet (unless the new JK comes with the 3l V6 CRD then I could be tempted). It's good to know I can expect (or at least hope for) a few more faithful years service out of it.
