Hats' off to ANY club that puts in the effort to run a Jambo, its a huge undertaking and commitment.

Having said that.... they HAVE to be successful, the financial risk and commitment of time is just too great for it to fail so IMO the appeal needs to be kept broad - Tourers and Toughies , campers and accommodation etc.....and of course enough of each to pay the bills.

Anything that limits the mass appeal is a risk - which would be a real shame and might put the whole concept at risk.

So......here's to the next Jambo.... wherever it going to be

ACT would love to host Jambo. However, the ACTJeep Traction is far to small a club. With only 26 members, we would struggle to have enough numbers just to lead trips, let alone maintain a camp areas and all the other activities involved with coordinating an event of this magnitude. The risk to both Jambo and the club would be just far to high unfortunately
