During the drought 100% of Adelaide's water came from the Murray.
I have a better knowledge of the water system than most on here including you ( post grad cert in water management).
Lake Boga goes dry regularly. The lake in Shepparton was also dry in the drought.
Next time you are in SA, go for a drive just upstream of Mt Bold & you will see some of the Murray water that is been pumped. The Kangaroo Creek dam likewise. Have a look at SA Waters pump stations at Mannum & Morgan. I am sure that if you did some searches on the net you could find out the quantities of water pumped from the Murray.
