New member registrations is still VERY strong, it hasn't dropped off at all, the main thing thats slowed is the amount of posts people are making.

I do use the like button when I agree but feel there's really nothing much to add to a topic. Before I'd just read and move on so its not IMO entirely to blame.

FB Groups are certainly a major factor..... but they are largely composed of "look at me" pictures and other low value crap. From one point of view that's good - AJOR contains much more "solid" content without rubbish posts and "one question" members. The number of times the same basic question is asked over and over again on FB is a bit off putting.... mostly I skim them "just for giggles" and move on.

Basically FB is pictures and trivia, AJOR for real content and knowledge.

If its affecting revenue then an understandable concern.... if its just hits then most of whats being lost is low value. IF AJOR turns into a Jeep rtrivia forum that would be a shame and a turn off for me... hope a balance can be struck.

Hi Jimmy, as a newish member I think this site is awesome, amazing knowledge base and great reading. The only thing I could think of to change would be to be able to see prices of for sale items when using tapatalk on tablets and phones. Keep up the great work, this site is invaluable. I dont have Facebook and dont want it, too much info stored for my liking.

Still waiting on Tapatalk themselves to resolve this issue, as its not a Vbulletin Forum issue, its theirs as they are the 3rd party supply of the app that lets you read the content.

As another new member, I want to say thanks....great site. I contribute when I think its right....I don't like to post rubbish just to raise a post count.
Another thing you have going....unlike a few of the US Jeep forums, there isn't the name calling and flame wars breaking out every 5 minutes. I swear some of those US forums must be populated with 12 year old Jeepers.

Would like to see more input from vendors reference new products becoming available etc....I realise lots of Aussie vendors run a tight organisation....usually not too much time for webposting....but its a thought.

Thats also an interesting challenge, vendors are usual pretty restrained here, perhaps members don't like things to get too commercial / bitchy or see the forum used by outside companies for purely selfish motives without actually supporting it.

Properly managed could be a positive... but i'd hate to see things degenerate to commercial warfare and fanboy posts. Some of the blatant vendor banning / bashing on other Forums is very unappealing.

Pretty much this.
It pains me when the occasional really good post on fb, that generates top responses.
Is lost in two days.
That being said I try my best to link back to this site, everytime someone asks a question.
People are lazy and its easier to just do it all in one place, so to speak.
Maybe its time to use your fb account to drum up support for the forum, on the brand specific pages....
