That's exactly the attitude of the Australian Government when they chose not to ratify the Kyoto Protocol. It's short sighted and selfish.
What if all governments and people shared the same attitude? Where will we end up then? The world's not yours to stuff. You're borrowing it.

Guys - understand I'm just letting you know why you should run a Cat - what you do is up to you.
If you want a good high flow unit on the cheap then drop into an exhaust shop and get a fairly new second handie (ricer boyz upgrade when they put on the 4"exhaust and monster cat) I seem to recall a 300 zx has a nice sized cat that is perfect for a jeep 4.0L

But I reiterate that you should never post in a public forum that you've done something that some lowlife can dob you in for is all (Yep - I care about ya)

i agree Laz....its just simple CYA - Cover Your Ass...especially in a public forum...we have all seen what can happen on this one

Wildcat extractor - $500 u install (these are mandrel bent and come in stainless or powder coated w/bung hole for the O2
Magnaflow ceramic non Stainless - $350 installed
High flow muffler 2.5" (lukey etc) - $220 installed
fine for a punched out cat - $10-15,000 depending where you live
Paying the extra $$$ for the right stuff - $Priceless for the peace of mind on our good Earth

note: the ebay magnaflow cats are generally universal and require an exhaust shop to install for most home mechanics...even more important they may not have the bung hole for the O2 so be very careful in what you choose

getting my magnaflow SS this week!!!! non ceramic of course: $450 installed
the 2.5" Lukey straight thru went on two weeks ago
the wildcat extractor is coming soon!!!

the lukey has a nice note with the stock cat btw but a little more noise will be welcome with the magnaflow and the wildcat on there

I had a second hand stainless high flow cat from a 5.7L ss commodore installed about 4 years ago for $500 with 5 year replacement warranty. Jeep wanted $1250 for oem.
Gave it a bit more of a note too. Muffler will be next, maybe headers as well!
