What Jeep do I drive?: XJ

My XJ does a lot of travelling so cant afford space taken by a Sub box. 6X9" in the bulkhead should compensate a bit of extra bass for this. I've done a quick check & should fit just a bit tight.

hey guys watching this thread very closely and have come to the conclusion that you are going to a hell of a lot of work just to ruin your hearing. (LOL)
I find that my Kenwood Unit works perfectly well with OEM speakers to the point of blowing me out the door and hiding all the wierd and wonderful noise that eminate from my tyres and vehicle

wait till you see what i've got in store for the sub box
deadening takes a lot of time in my case. i love knocking on my front doors. sounds just like knocking on wood.
ruin my hearing ? neah. i've got more power available in my home system

they're only 6.5 model. imported them from the us (like i did with everything, except the cd player, wiring and deadening)

Neil Diamond doesnt use a lot of bass so whats the point???????? Oh I get it you listen to "doof, doof" music . There is definate quality not just louder noise (Grant ) in doing it right and I get all the hand-me-down gear from my young feller who keeps upgrading.
