Next, and possibly last phase is complete. Nothing like a couple of days off to get things moving.
I've finalised the necessary trimming and applied the carpet. I think it came up pretty good!
Below you can see the angle connection on the water container.
And here you can see the hose with tap on the end. It has a standard hose fitting so that I can fill it up from the hose with one of those hose connector thingys...
I got these boxes from Bunning, they're called Ki-tab. They have varying sizes and common lids and the lids allow for stacking nicely. After the carpet went on I was lucky enough that they fit snugly so that there is no sideways movement, very fluky. Link to info on tubs

Waeco fits in nicely although I had to remove the handles to make it all fit. I bought some 2 tonne webbing from bunnings and made some soft handles that mean everything fits nicely. There are tie down points at the front and the back for the fridge and I have some stainless loops to keep the boxes in place as well as whatever goes on top of the main box.
All in all I'm very happy with the end result.
