True, they won't google it to check the tyres, but I reckon the Lawyers will when it comes to any major insurance claim after an accident especially if someone got hurt.
Having hit a pedestrian 16 years ago and have a government insurance guy turn up and go through 20 pages of paperwork on the incident and inspecting the cars general mechanical condition, they take it seriously, he also said they could put the vehicle through a full inspection if they felt it warranted it.

IMHO most of those are things you'd want anyhow.
But keep us uptodate as I;m looking at consolidating a few projects and escallating an PREADR project. (hey that would nearly make nice # Plates )

the windscreen will be a problem, unless the later jtrucks share it in common. The existing one is not safety glass....

There are a few guys around that will custom make a windscreen with safety glass ... a mate got one done for his kit car ... give someone like PGI a try.

Pre ADR does make it easier but the best bet is to find an RTA certified engineer and pay him for an hour or so sit down with your detailed plan and go though it with him

If you do this then when it comes time to get certifed it is a much easier process as long as you stick to your plan
