Hi benny,
My name is Ben and I worked in the local Jeep dealership a I did a solenoid for a customer who lived out of town and his auto sparky told him it was that. I had fun removing the starter as it was a diesel like yours, lets say mate I know were you are coming from. I went to spares and got the part genuine mopar but it was a Bosch part rebaged and I saw the price $980 thats not even labour charged and I tell you I felt bloody gilty fitting it as I knew and you have just shown me that it is a common part for $55. PLEASE SHOP AROUND.
Thanks mate.
