Changing UCA diff end bush!!!
Almost done, need to buy some more high tensile bolts to finish pulling the last 8mm through!!! Omfg it's in tight!!!

Anywho, first I drilled the rubber all around the crush tube to remove the crush tube.
Then with a hack saw I cut the outer housing along its length in 2 points. Then I beat the #%&$ out of the housing with a cold chisel to get it out!!! No damage at all to the mount hole!!!
Then, place a piece of metal to both sides of the mount and new bush and start tightening the nut and bolt up!!!!

I flogged the thread of 2 bolts I bought at bunnings, too soft, and stuffed the head on 2 bolts that used to be on the car somewhere which I had taken off and threw in my tool box!!! Now to buy more bolts to finish feeding it through

So far, about 2 hrs.... I'll see how long it takes me to move the last 8 mm!!!

Nice work Wally. How bad was the original bush?

I havent looked underneath mine recently, does it pull through to flush with the other side or does it have to go further?
