My jeep and I have had a very busy past few days, nothing that hasn't really been done before sadly, for starters swapped out the sound bar speakers with great kicker ones insulated and dynamatted sound bar as well, swapped out front tweeters with larger kicker ones (OMG i recommend to everyone to do this) then ripped out the stock rear muffler (3.8 manual) sounded great but way to loud so extended the tail pipe to behind the last cross member had the rear half of exhaust tucked up higher into the chassis for better clearance also added a 24 inch long by 4.5 inch round muffler in next to the evap cannister still sounds nice and deep, i can actually hear my car running now but will definitely not attract the boys in blue as I'm still on my P's also fitted mopar rear hitch receiver and did all the mods to rear bar with moving the license plate and wiring new lights. Had an awesome few days photo's or explanations on request

hey cosmos i will upload some pics tomorrow after i take some and up2nogood i used kicker KS6502 they didn't mount directly so i frankensteined a mounting plate from the old speakers and a grinder also very simple wiring change and put the tweeters that came in that kit up front after cutting out the old tweeter hole a bit
Got my custom sliders /side steps with tip over point from Victor at Black jack Welding yesterday and fitted them this morning excellent product and solid as, thanks Vic
Well, not really something I've done, but more something I'll need to do first thing next week. All this rain in Canberra has managed to find it's way into my drivers side footwell and soak the mat and carpet. Looks like something to do with the door seals if I've read other forums correctly.
Oh well......first warranty claim....only three weeks of ownership...only in a Jeep

LOL, yeah two weeks for me and my freedom tops leak like anything. No biggie for me except for the fact that it leaks all over the Sat Nav system.. Grrrr and also just discovered the drivers side footwell soaked under the mud mats. Oh well. Going back in on Monday as the dash warped a bit from the one sunny day we had this week, so they can have a look at both items and also give it the 1000km once over. Still a great jeep though, just wish it would stop raining.
