Yes ARB will most likely have a different mounting system for the euro/Aus spec grands but I think you are a bit off the mark thinking that we, Australia are the target market.
In the US last year Jeep sold 154,734 Grand Cherokee's, that's 69.3% of total sales world wide compared to Australia's 8373 units, just 3.8%

In Aus 10% of all vehicles have bull bars, that's 837 GC bars
In the US if a conservative 1% of GC's have bars that's 1540 bars.
As you can see the US market is huge and ARB will target that market, after all they are a publicly listed company and they have shareholders to account to.
