can anyone driving their petrol JK today tell me if by the time the car heats up and when they get home if their fan is running? the fan worked yesterday and is was driving for like 30 mins today so engine was well and truly at temp and when i got home the fan wasnt on... the can didnt over heat though which is a testament to penrite and what ever coolant i have in there at the moment

No it does not always run when I pull up at home to switch off
Sometimes it does, I guess it depends on the day (heat wise)

Mine rarely runs, even crawling offroad! Only time I have noticed it cut in to be honest was when I filled the radiator up with mud

Fitted the fire extinguisher yesterday,
looked everywhere for a good spot and this spot just kept coming up.
fits perfectly actually.




Used miniture roofing screws with the rubber seal between the bracket and the seat.





Snug fit lol.



Took bout 10 mins lol nice easy mod haha...

Looks nice and snug there.
I've actually been looking for a used 2.5 kg water extinguisher so I can use it for cleaning rims if I pop a bead and cleaning the radiator of mud to stop overheating but can only seem to find full size extinguishers or powder ones on eBay.
