It is in fact a an Oztrail 12, we paid $2950 locally for the top including the annexe walls which is around $350 more than the top alone. So your price is about right. How much is freight to the wet north?
We are taking ours on it's first real trip in a few months up the cape. We have tried it out over xmas and we found that Oztrail don't include any form of instructions which means it takes a few goes to work out how the poles fit together and we still aren't totally sure, but it is very comfy plus the 12' has a divider inside to make it two rooms which adds a little bit of privacy.....

After some lengthy delays I have finally gotten around to getting the last bits and pieces done on our camper trailer.
After finally finishing the plumbing, the electrics, the jerry can holders, the stone guard I managed to find some time to fab up a stainless steel kitchen unit. It is all tig welded and entirely stainless down to the hinges, there is also an extension workbench that attaches to the right hand end of the unit that has a support leg of which I still have to make the mounting points for but that should be done this week (I hope!!!).
In the attached pic you can make out the extension bench at the bottom of the unit, it simply slides in underneath for storage, there will be a latch to hold it in place during transit.
I have only 2 weeks left to get the last fiddly bits done before we head of in it.

It is amazing how much time it takes to undertake a project like this.....

I will post some more pics when it is all completed........whenever that will be!!!
