Possibly, but the manual specifically mentions that it is a dealer activated feature only.

My '08 JKU unlocks all doors when the drivers door is opened & locks/unlocks all when the button on the key is used. The programming to select it is printed in the manual if you have it, from memory.
edit:
From page 15:

To Unlock the Doors & Swing Gate
The system can be programmed to unlock all the doors upon the first "Unlock" button press by using the following procedure:
1. Press & hold the "lock" button on programmed key fob.
2. Continue to hold the "Lock" button at least 4 seconds, but not longer than 10 seconds, then press & hold the "Unlock" button.
3. Release both buttons at the same time.
4. Test the feature while outside the vehicle by pressing the "Lock/Unlock" button on the key fob.
5. If the desired program was not achieved or to reactivate the feature, repeat the above steps. |
Page 20:

Automatic Unlock Doors On Exit Programming
The Automatic Unlock Doors on Exit feature can be enabled or disabled as follows:
1. Close all doors & place the key in the ignition.
2. Cycle the ignition switch between LOCK & ON and then back to LOCK 4 times ending up in the LOCK position.
3. Depress the power door unlock switch to unlock the doors.
4. A single chime will indicate the completion of the programming.
5. Repeat these steps if you want to return this feature to the previous setting. |
Note, the above procedure will set the automatic lock at 24kph if you put the door switch into the LOCK position instead of UNLOCK. Also, I had to use the switch on the passenger door to get it to work, (ie U.S. drivers door switch.)

Yeah, the '12 may be different, as you can set it with the menu on some models. These instructions are from the manual of my '08 which doesn't have the buttons on the steering wheel for anything. The only thing on the wheel through the clockspring is the horn, airbag & cruise control. No stereo controls.

Yeah, I missed out on the fandangled EVIC menus also (not to worry, nothing a hammer wont fix :P )
I actually tried the key fob dance earlier tonight and... well... stuff me, but I managed to lock the whole bloody jeep up lol couldn't open any of the two doors nor the boot lol almost got through a half of a ciggie before I got it sorted - worst ~ 1 min 25 seconds of my life excluding the HSC until I realised that I didnt give a shit about it...
Re-did the procedure (or what I thought it was) about half a dozen times and it finally came good, one unlock for drivers door, two for the other door and boot - good enough for me (that part at least hehe) will see how tomorrow goes with the auto lock function as that will save me having to remember another thing when rolling out heh
