I should have done that when they were new... Now I doubt anyone would want my 20's.. They have suffered from some very bad parking attempts... Not by me!!

If you get the off road pack when you buy your car you will get 18 in mags like the Laredo but with a high polished finish

I ended up forking out for some Mopar 18's. Will keep the 20's shod with road tyres.

Hi all,

First time poster.

I just bought a 2011 GC Ltd this morning.

I was tossing up between the Ltd and Loredo but for a few more dollars I could not go past the extra goodies.

Only issue is the 20" vs 18" rims.

So now the hunt for AT rubber begins.

I had Pirelli scorpion ATRs on the Mitsi Challenger I am coming out of which I found a good tyre.

On the Jeep forums Micky Thompson STZs have been taking about but most people look to be going for the Coopers.

On the prado, paj etc forums the STZs look to be getting a good write up but obviously they are not talking 20".

Before I made the Ltd vs Loredo choice I got a quote on the STZs in 18" and 20".

These came in at $385 & $430 respectively which Was a smaller differential than I expected.

Has anyone gone down the STZ road?

Hi Hounds,
If you are going down the 20" road, I highly suggest Cooper LTZ's.
Had them on 18" rims on my Disco 4 and would have had them again on my Jeep, only they don't make them in 17".

Great tyre on road in all conditions and extremely good off road for an AT tyre.

Cheers, Craig

Thanks Craig,

Yea I guess everyone if getting the LTZ for a reason.

I have always liked Mickeys which is why I was looking that way.

But I do like the Cooper AT3 and would have gotten them if I bought the Lordeo so I will take a closer look at the LTZs.

LTZs are a bit more off-road focused as well being 70:30 while the STZs are 80:20.

Cheers
