Further to recent posts about Samco Turbo Hoses for JK VM2.8L diesel, just received email from Williams Race Services in QLD.
Email as follows:
"I have had a chat to Samco and they are keen to produce a Hose Kit for the JK Jeep, we need a set of old hoses to CAD draw for the Mandrels to produce the hoses, do you know or can you find out if someone has an old set they can send me so I can forward to the UK, we will do a sharp deal to someone for the hoses on a New set, as you know the OEM hoses are so expensive we would prefer old hoses, let me know what you think and we can get the process started".
Is there someone around Upper Coomera QLD who has a set of donor pipes for silicone pipes to be bases on???
Think this will earn brownie points with just about every diesel JK owner
I dont have an old set but if anyone in sydney has an old set I can come and pickup off you as I am going to brisbane on monday and drop off to coomera.
Would like to get a positive response for this as it seems like the only way we are going to get silicone turbo pipes for our JK Diesels. Would be good to get an indication of all that are interested in these pipes. If so, might want to make yourselves known to WRS.

did you get some pipe for prototyping? I live at Upper Coomera and still have my old pipes. I could drop them one morning this week if needed
