Just got back from helping at Narbethong

Cleared damaged fences whilst the bob cats cleared and piled the rubbish for the contractors to come and collect- whilst we pulled down burnt fencing and wrapped and piled the rubbish
We also had 2 members assisting with running he red cross centre at the pub
Great effort by a number of MJOC and friends

The Black spur pub is a red cross centre and doing a great job - very gladly donated 3 big bags of bread 60 loafs donated by bakers delight - organised by my Church and took a heap of food which was all going to be used to feed the volunteers

Attached are pictures of the house we helped

this was about 2 km from where the jambo was held in 2004 - the area is just black and brown

Hopefully the spur will be open this week - so get up there after it opens and spend some money

All the bob cats where from a group from geelong who also built a new park in narbethong so if in the area go an visit the new park next to the burnt down hall in the burnt trees

Just a Tip guys, your hi-lift can be used as a star picket remover if they are short on these things.
Sounds like theres plenty of work to do.
